I have spent a lot of time looking for somewhere to bring my Aunt to buy shoes. We have had great difficulty finding any footwear to suit and fit her. I notice Advanced mobility electrical when driving through Crumlin and i poped in to have a look. The guy was helpfull and gave me a catalogue. He also showed me some styles that he though might suit. Louise posted a catalogue out and my aunt had it next day. I returned today with my aunt and my Mum today We were looked after by Louise. I can not thank her enough for the attention we received. She knows the stock inside out and went above and beyond to show my Aunt the styles that she could choose from. She ensured the fit was perfect for both shoes and slippers. She brought out eight different boxes, i dont think my aunt has had such a choice of footwear in years. Both staff members were very polite and friendly and professional. Louise has also put my aunt on the mailing list for spring collection. We will definitely be returning to purchase spring /summer footwear. We will be telling everyone about the shop. I must add that for the entire time we were there louise was lighthearted and fun making the experience very enjoyable for my aunt. Who due to covid has like many older people restricted her movements. Finally we had arrived at 12.30pm and we were aware that the shop closes at 1pm for lunch. We were given full attention there was no rush for us to make a decision or to leave and a no no stage was there any pressure to make a purchase We had Louises full attention and she went out of her way to ensure that my aunt left with a beautiful pair of shoes and slippers from Cozy feet So a huge thank you.

Advance Mobility is a great find at 4 Crumlin Village. I got a great welcome from Louise when I Eventually arrived having taken a lot of wrong turns.! Louise showed me a great selection of slippers ,shoes and track shoes.It was marvellous to slip into such comfortable shoes as my feet were quite swollen after a recent hip operation. I will let the physios at the Day Care Hospital Royal Hospital,Donnybrook Again thanks so much for making it so an enjoyable experience. I will be back .The way back was much quicker. :

Gary has always stood by the products he sells - unlike some others - and he & his staff can be relied upon to resolve any issue that may arise down the road. You DO have to pay for this privilege however so expect prices to be anywhere from 5 - 15% dearer than other establishments. Given the peace of mind one gets at the end, its money well spent.
